IICA Participates in ENESA's Agricultural Insurance Conference

IICA participated in ENESA's "International Conference: Managing Risk and Crisis in Agriculture" in Madrid, Spain on March 15th, 2010. Representing IICA was the Associate Deputy Director, Mr. David C. Hatch who made a presentation entitled "Agricultural Insurance in Latin America and the Caribbean: Current Status and Role of IICA".
