Holds Master’s degrees in Agribusiness Education (University of Tuskegee, Alabama, USA). Has broad experience in the fields of rural development, analysis of community training needs, preparation of teaching and training materials, rural development project organization, formulation and management, and organization of community groups. Has authored publications, technical reports and other documents. Was an outstanding professional in the field of rural development in Guyana. Joined IICA in 2009 as a local professional and now serves as an international professional.
