The objective of this mandate is to support the development of institutions and policies conducive to creating a favorable agribusiness environment, and which facilitate the entry of small- and medium-scale producers into dynamic markets.  To this end, the Program has joined with other organizations such as the Market Information Organization of the Americas (MIOA) and the Panama American Association of Commodity Exchanges, and collaborates closely with institutions that promote exports and investment in IICA’s Member States.
