Objectives:
To offer technical cooperation services to the IICA Member States for the development of agro-industries and rural agribusinesses.
Specific Objectives

To support the countries in the formulation and application of policies to favour the development of rural agro-industries, agro-tourism and connected activities.

To support public and private sectors in the strengthening of their institutionality in order to contribute to the consolidation of their activities.

To impel the development of entrepreneurial capacities through human resources preparation.

To contribute to build capacities on the subject, by means of conceptual developments, studies of prospective diagnosis, and design and validation of strategies, methodologies and instruments of intervention and provision of information.
