Objectives:

- To promote and maximize the use of Information and Communication Technologies in the Institute and in its relations with external stakeholders.

- To provide support in the delivery of technical cooperation services.

- To provide support in the administration of institutional resources.

- To incorporate and harmonize norms, instruments and procedures for the management and dissemination of IICA’s technical information by means of a strategy for the use of the Web systems (Website, INTRANET, and Infoagro.net), transforming them into tools strategically focused on the dissemination, sharing and exchange of information, thus contributing to IICA’s focus on information management.

- To administer the IICA Web Portal.
