Elluminate in CECADI CECADI has embraced the use of a new tool to strengthen the program of distance learning and communications, the acquisition of technological product license "Elluminate Live", Version 9. This product technology has been developed by the company Elluminate Inc., as a solution that offers a learning environment for communication and collaboration in real time to processes of education and distance training, technical support applications, virtual laboratories and remote meetings. Elluminate Live! integrates most of the "Learning Management System (LMS) on-demand education complemented with live sessions to increase the efficiency of educational and training programs through interaction in real-time synchronous communication. The experiences in the use of this important means of distance learning, shows that improving the level of information retention and student dropout reduction in training events in general. This medium ensures an effective solution for distance learning through low bandwidth requirements and technical specifications on the computers of the moderators, instructors and students. It is compatible with Macintosh, Windows, Linux and Solaris. The infrastructure of our solution still operates an Internet connection through a dial up modem. The solution and infrastructure of Elluminate Live! has been developed to ensure that all users, regardless of computer platform or Internet connection to, experience the same level of satisfaction (for the high quality of transmission of the content and the high performance and reliability of the connection) to participate in a meeting. The working owner of Elluminate Live! called 'Collaborative Communications Framework (CCF) is a communication infrastructure that creates a communication and collaboration environment consistent and reliable even in spite of the inherent impredectibilidad the Web. The modular nature of the CCF also enables Elluminate Live! active interface features on the computers of participants in a session as the required bandwidth is available. The moderators or guardians of virtual sessions can use the lights we call ESP (Elluminate Sensory Perception) to determine whether participants are or are not in sync with the activities being carried out and the content of the presentation or exposure. These LEDs provide feedback to the moderator to indicate that a user is experiencing a slower connection or a delay in the receipt of the communication. This enables the moderator set the pace of your presentation in order to ensure a better user experience for students and participants in the session.
