Objectives:

- To improve the management and the performance of the Offices in the countries and the Units at Headquarters.

- To improve IICA’s contribution to agriculture and the rural sector in the Member States.

- To review the management and the performance of the Offices in the countries and the Units at Headquarters.

- To administer the system of periodic reports for following up on the actions and results of the Offices in the countries and the Units at Headquarters.

- To foster a culture of accountability.

- To provide information to the Director General for decision making on matters related to management and operations.

- To promote reflection, analysis, and institutional learning.
