The "pirate steps" at Clifton Cliff were carved out of the rock by slaves and the arch is in the shape of Africa - known as the gateway to the world!  Used to move slaves and agricultural produce from the farm to the ships (and visa versa). Team visit to Clifton Hertitage 2009
